I work through the plan in priority order.
You get a monthly report and a review call.

Services
Industries
Trekking demand is seasonal, and many customers search in English from abroad. I build pages that match those searches and those seasons.
Shops compete with large platforms for product searches. I focus on category pages, product pages and internal links that help buyers find the right item quickly.
Patients search for specialists and services near them, and they need trust before they book. I help clinics show accurate information and get found locally.

Local context
Most SEO advice online is written for the USA, the UK or India. Search in Nepal works differently in nine ways, and each one changes how I plan the work. Google is the search engine almost everyone here uses: according to StatCounter, it held 95.78% of the search market in Nepal in September 2026.
Customers search in English, romanized Nepali (Nepali typed in English letters, such as "sasto hotel pokhara") and Devanagari, often for the same thing. Keyword tools show little data for romanized and Devanagari searches, so I also mine your own Search Console queries. Then I decide which language each page should target.
According to StatCounter, 65.41% of web traffic in Nepal came from mobile devices in September 2026. Many of those visitors are on mobile data, so a slow page loses them before it loads. I check Core Web Vitals on mobile first, compress images and cut heavy scripts.
.com.np or .com: a .com.np domain tells customers and Google that you are a Nepali business, and it is only available to businesses and organisations registered in Nepal. A .com suits businesses that also sell abroad. If your domain already has history, I usually advise keeping it.
Google ranks local businesses on relevance, distance and prominence. In Nepal, prominence comes from links on .np websites, listings in Nepali directories, mentions in Nepali news and genuine reviews. A consistent business name, address and phone number everywhere ties these together.
Many businesses are found first on Facebook, TikTok or Instagram. Google is where people who are ready to buy search, and many competitors ignore it. I make sure your social pages, Google Business Profile and website show the same name, phone number and offers, so each one supports the others.
AI answers from Google and tools like ChatGPT are changing how people find businesses. They tend to cite pages that answer questions directly and that other websites mention. I structure pages with clear answers, FAQs and schema, so they can appear in AI answers as well as in Google results.
Demand follows Nepal's calendar. Trekking searches peak in the spring and autumn seasons, retail and gift searches rise before Dashain and Tihar, and education searches follow exam results and admissions. I plan content so pages are live and indexed before demand starts, not after.
Many Nepali customers call, or message on WhatsApp or Viber, instead of filling in a form. If only form submissions are tracked, SEO looks weaker than it is. I set up tracking for calls and message clicks, so you can see which searches bring real enquiries.
Keyword tools often show low or zero volume for Nepali searches that still bring customers. A search with 50 visits a month can be worth more than one with 5,000 if every visitor is ready to buy. I judge keywords by intent and by your Search Console data, not by tool volume alone.
Hiring
Nepal’s SEO market has grown fast, and anyone can call themselves an SEO expert. Prices vary widely, and two quotes for “full SEO” can mean very different work. The safest way to choose is to ask every provider the same questions in writing and to ask for proof you can check yourself.
Compare at least two or three providers on the same answers. Start with a free audit, so you can judge the quality of the work before you sign anything.
About
I work with a team of 1 to 5 people and delegate parts of the work. You will always know who is working on your site.
FAQ
My starting price is from $150 (about NPR 22,900) per month. Every quote is custom and comes after a free audit, because your site’s size, problems and competition set the work.
Technical fixes can show within the first month. Most businesses see clear growth in impressions around months 2 to 3, and stronger rankings by months 4 to 6. Competitive searches take longer.
No. Google decides rankings, so anyone who guarantees one is making a claim they cannot control. I can promise a clear process, honest reporting and work that improves what I can control.
Yes. Many of my clients are in the UK and the US. We agree on meeting times that suit both time zones, and payment is by bank transfer.
Yes. I optimise your Google Business Profile, keep your name, address and phone number consistent across Nepali directories, and build location pages, so you show up in Google Maps and local results. It suits shops, clinics, hotels and any business that serves a city or area. See my local SEO service.
Yes. Customers search in English, romanized Nepali (Nepali typed in English letters) and Devanagari, often for the same thing. I research all three, check in Search Console which ones bring visitors, and write or optimise pages for the ones that matter to your business. My SEO content writing service covers this.
Both can rank in Nepal. A .com.np domain tells customers and Google that you are a Nepali business, which helps when your customers are in Nepal. A .com suits businesses that also sell abroad. If your current domain already has history, keep it: moving needs redirects and can cause a temporary drop. I help you choose during the free audit.
It depends on the size of the work. I work as a team-led freelancer: you deal with me directly, and a team of 1 to 5 people adds capacity as the work grows. An agency suits you if you also want ads and social media from one supplier. My guide on SEO freelancer vs SEO agency in Nepal compares both.
